Can we book in-person appointments?
Of course! Telehealth appointments are more popular as they can be accessed from anywhere, but if in-person suits you more, we would be more than happy to see you in person rather than behind a screen.

We are located in Melbourne's West - but more than happy to travel.
How long are your appointments?
Appointment times vary depend on the service being provided, please contact us for more information!
Do you offer Telehealth?
Yep! We sure do! They are very popular as you can access them from anywhere. Also if anyone in the home is unwell, we can always change your in-person appointment to a telehealth so the appointment doesn't need to be cancelled.
Can you come to schools, kindergartens & childcare centres?
Of course we can! We can pretty much go anywhere. When it comes to schools, just make sure its okay with your school first!.
What happens when my child turns 18?
We are a paediatric service which means that once your child turns 18 we will work with you to find an appropriate practitioner. We will continue to work with your child until we have found the best fit for your child.
What is an "intensive"?
An intensive program is when we do long in-person appointments every day for a week or 2 (depending on your goals). Got further questions? Please reach out to discuss them further.
How much does an in-person consultation cost?
In-person consultation fees are purely to cover travel so it is completely dependent on where you are located - Please contact us for more information.
I cannot find a suitable time on your online booking system, help!
Contact us!! If you can't find something that suits, we might have times available that aren't shown on the booking system.
Are you a mobile business?
We sure are! There are also a range of different places where in-person consultations can take place - The ball is completely in your court! In the home, at a play centre, at the local park, educational facilities ... Your choice!
Are your telehealth services free?
All telehealth appointments are free! Only our in-person consultations have a fee (to cover travel).
Do you travel interstate?
We do! We can travel interstate to do intensive sessions (longer days over a week). Contact us for more information.
